**Join Our Dynamic Team as an RN in Labor & Delivery!** - **Position/Specialty**: RN L&D - **Shift**: 3x12s - **Days of the Week**: Various days each week - **Experience Required**: - 2 years of RN experience - Circulator experience for C/S - Teaching attitude and team player is a must - Rural healthcare experience preferred - **First-timers Accepted**: Yes - **Weekend Requirement**: - Yes, per unit needs - Minimum of 5 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule - **Certifications Required**: - NRP - ACLS - BLS - AWHONN Intermediate (HARD REQUIREMENT - must have certification in hand or proof of class enrollment) - CO or compact RN license - **On-call Requirement**: No - **Floating Requirement**: - Yes, must float within scope to meet facility needs - Float between like units - **Charting System**: Epic - **Special Requirements**: - Circulator experience - Experience in clinical leadership and a desire to mentor RNs is preferred - **Unit Information**: - 10 bed unit with 5 Labor & Delivery rooms and 5 Postpartum rooms **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
