**Exciting Opportunity for a Night Shift RN - LDRPN!** **Job Description:** * Are you ready to elevate your nursing career in a dynamic and fulfilling role? * Join our team as a dedicated RN specializing in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Nursing (LDRPN)! * Enjoy the thrill of working independently while mastering both routine and complex nursing care. * As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will: * Lead and inspire yourself and others, meeting the OneCHRISTUS Competencies. * Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation) for optimal patient care. * Address the ever-evolving psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families. * Administer medications and treatments, vigilantly monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness. * Document patient history, symptoms, care provided, and medications administered with precision. * Assess learning needs and deliver essential education to patients, families, and caregivers. **Job Requirements:** **Education/Skills:** * Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing – preferred. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty – preferred. **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:** * Current certification from one of the following: AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM). * Current STABLE certification (Post-resuscitation/Pre-transport Stabilization Care of Sick Infants). * Current NRP certification required. * Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA only). * RN License in the state of NM or compact required. **Position Requirements:** **Education/Skills:** * Must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. * New hires will be precepted by a designated trained staff member for initial onboarding validation. * Complete all annual competency verification requirements. **Experience:** * Perinatal RN Residency or recent practice in a Perinatal Setting preferred. **Work Schedule:** * Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM **Work Type:** * Full Time --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
