**Exciting Opportunity for Acute RN in Rehabilitation!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic healthcare team at a leading regional health center in Ottumwa, IA. - Work in the Acute Rehabilitation unit with a primarily adult patient population offering specialized care. - Shift Details: - Days: 7A - 7P - Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 (please specify preference upon submission). - Every other weekend commitment. - Experience Requirements: - 1-2 years of acute care experience, with preference for MedSurg or LTAC backgrounds. - Patient Care: - Engage with patients recovering from neuro, trauma, and burn issues, as well as gait training and wound management. - Maintain an optimal nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 RN to 6 patients. - Team Environment: - Collaborate with a team of highly trained professionals ensuring seamless patient care. - Work under the supervision of Carol Storto. - Essential Qualifications: - Current BLS certification. - Mandatory reporter certification (Child and Adult). - Completed background checks (Iowa SING BG required; no exceptions). - 10-panel drug test (including opiates). - Required titers (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB) within the last 12 months. - Facility Overview: - 13-bed unit equipped with lift equipment and EHR (Meditech) systems. - Start Dates: - Positions available for Monday or Tuesday starts. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
