**Join Our Dynamic Acute RN Team – Make a Difference in Rehab!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Acute RN - Rehab - **Shift:** 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 hours available - **Patient Population:** Primarily Adults and Geriatric **Unit Highlights:** - **Unit Type:** Acute Rehabilitation - **Number of Beds:** 13 - **Patient Ratios:** 1 RN to 6 Patients - **Equipment:** Lift equipment - **EHR:** Meditech **Essential Role Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in rehabilitation. - Collaborate with a highly trained and dedicated team to ensure seamless patient care. - Engage with diverse patient diagnoses including neuro, trauma, burn, gait training/strengthening, and wound care. **Qualifications Needed:** - **Required Experience:** 1-2 years of acute care experience. - **Certifications Required:** BLS, Mandatory reporter cert (Child and Adult). - **Background Checks:** Iowa SING Background Check (criminal and child abuse must be cleared). - **Drug Test:** 10 panel screening required. - **Immunization Titers:** MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB within the last 12 months. **Ideal Candidate:** - Possesses a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork. - Experience in MedSurg, LTAC, or travel experience preferred (but not required). - Ability to float as needed to MedSurg units. **Perks of the Position:** - Opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients in rehab. - Work in a supportive environment with a team-focused culture. - Flexible start dates available on Monday or Tuesday. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
