**Join Our Dynamic RN - ICU/PCU Team for Nights!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate and experienced nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in critical care? - We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our 25-bed ICU/PCU Department on night shifts. - Come be part of a collaborative environment where your skills and knowledge can shine! **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU/PCU settings. - Float to Medical Surgical Unit (MSU) as needed to support patient care. - Educate patients and their families about their health and treatments using effective modalities. - Ensure patient safety through preventative measures and adherence to restraint policies. - Demonstrate proficient operation of all necessary medical equipment and follow troubleshooting procedures. - Implement and document infection control and isolation procedures diligently. - Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient status, nursing interventions, and responses. - Communicate effectively with colleagues and report critical lab values promptly to physicians. - Manage and restock emergency supplies and equipment to ensure readiness at all times. - Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere with other departments. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in ICU/PCU settings. - Active WA State or Multi State RN license is required. - Certification in ACLS, BLS/BCLS is mandatory. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
