Position Overview
Seeking a Hospice RN for a 13-week outpatient assignment serving patients and families through end-of-life care. The role includes visits across multiple care settings, symptom and pain management, and compassionate support for patients and their families.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 year of experience
Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at submission
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
Valid driver's license and legally required auto insurance
Personal vehicle in good working order
Ability to travel between multiple patient care locations
