Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled RN with experience in the Emergency Room to provide exceptional care in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing critical care patients and possess the ability to work effectively with psychiatric and pediatric populations. Collaborative team skills and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
Assignment Details
- Shift: 4x12 Days
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3794.4 (negotiable)
- EPIC charting system
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
Required Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of ED experience with at least 2 prior travel contracts
- Experience in caring for critical care patients while maintaining sound clinical judgment and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred:
- Ability to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations
- Strong team collaboration skills with clear and timely communication
- Willingness to escalate concerns appropriately and seek support when needed to ensure patient safety
