Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse Remote
StartDate: ASAP
Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2500.00
POSITION SUMMARY – Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) RN. This order is the remote part of the hybrid PI RN order. Must submit to the onsite PI RN position as well.
POSITION DUTIES – Monitors trauma patient outcomes, conducts chart reviews and data analysis, identifies opportunities for quality and process improvement, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with trauma program standards and optimize patient care.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –
- CA RN license
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- BSN or higher
- 1+ year of performance improvement experience
- 3+ year of Emergency/Critical Care/Trauma experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Day shift (normal business hours), M-F. 40hrs/week.
SYSTEMS – Epic
