We are hiring a Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Monongahela, PA area. This position offers up to $30,000 in total bonus potential over your first three years: ~$10,000 first-year success bonus (Year 1) - rewarding key achievements during your first year ~$5,000 sign-on bonus - paid within your first 12 months ~ Up to $500/month bonus eligibility (Year 2) - an additional $6,000 potential ~ Up to $750/month bonus eligibility (Year 3) - an additional $9,000 potential ~ The monthly bonus grows up to $1000 per month eligibility after 4 years ! To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing, meet performance expectations, and remain in the role and status for which you were hired!
