Shift : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM , Monday- Friday

Job Description 

• We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Care setting.
• The RN will assess patients, administer medications, monitor health conditions, develop care plans, and respond to changes in patient health.
• The role involves coordinating with physicians and healthcare staff, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing patient and family education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with various medical conditions.
• Assess patients and monitor changes in their health.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and update individualized patient care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and facility policies.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Float to other departments as needed.

Requirements: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent. Active, unrestricted Alaska (AK) RN License required at submission. BLS certification required at the time of hire. Long-Term Care experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
