Schedule - Nights
- 36 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units.
- Ensure quality patient care and compliance with facility policies.
- Coordinate resident care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor documentation, medications, and clinical procedures.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns as needed.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of RN Supervisor experience
- BLS Required
- Active NY RN license (or compact)
