LOCAL
W2 Pay Rate: $ 56
Weekly W2 LOCAL Pay Rate: $ 2,016
1099 Pay Rate: $ 60
Weekly 1099 LOCAL Pay Rate: $ 2,160
TRAVELER
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $ 58
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $ 2,088
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $60
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,160
Requirements
• Current RN License
• (3) years of ICU/CCU experience
• Minimum 5 years RN experience
• Must be willing to float to Med Surg/Tele when needed
• Traveler candidates must have their own vehicle
• Travel experience
• EMR experience with EPIC
• Current BLS (AHA) & ACLS certifications
• MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Summary:
• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), ensuring continuous monitoring, timely interventions, and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and recognize changes in their condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and operate critical care equipment.
• Assist with emergency interventions and life-saving procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Educate and support patients’ families as appropriate.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
