The Role
Lead nursing staff and patient care on the 9B Step Down unit. You will monitor staff performance, handle corrective action with nurse managers, track medication errors, and develop programs to improve patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN license (NYSED primary source verification)
- BLS
- BSN
- 7+ years of nursing experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role
Preferred
- Master’s degree in nursing
