Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform blood draws and other nursing procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Shift Details
Shift: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. | Every other weekend (EOW)
Length: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telemetry unit.
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
