Travel Registered Nurse Job Details

Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license in hand
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience preferred
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Strong telemetry nursing and neuro care skills
- Ability to work every other weekend and meet submission time-off requirements
Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality bedside nursing care to telemetry patients
- Monitor patients for changes in cardiac rhythm and neurological status
- Perform ongoing assessments, document findings, and communicate updates to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to support safe, effective patient care
- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
- Support a patient-centered environment focused on safety, quality, and compassion
