You must have an active Indiana RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least one year of recent progressive care or step-down unit experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience with electronic medical record systems is recommended. Skills in patient assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork are important for success in this role.
