- Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Patient Ratios - 6:1 (at the most)
- Also, 2 LNA's to assist as well as a Nurse Lead and House Supervisor
- EMR - EPIC
Certification Requirements
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
New Hampshire RN license or Compact
