United Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Keene, New Hampshire.

Position: Stepdown / Med Surg RN
Schedule: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM, 36-hour guarantee; every other weekend with holiday rotation. A 48-hour guarantee is not available and block scheduling will not be accommodated
Experience: 2+ years med/surg; cardiac drip experience required and must be noted on the profile; dementia experience and management required; EPIC required; NIHSS strongly preferred
Duties: Stepdown and med/surg care including cardiac drips and dementia management; this position floats to Kingsbury as needed
Note: 13 weeks, though the facility will also consider a March 2027 end date; the New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency license must accompany the submission; Cheshire will not consider local travelers within 50 miles; small community with no public transport, so a vehicle is required; no more than 5 days RTO
