Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

- Shift: Days, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Rhode Island RN license or authorization, previous ICU experience, Epic EMR proficiency, strong assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous Step Down or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, experience with continuous cardiac monitoring and complex patient care.
- Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient condition, administer medications and treatments, collaborate on care plans, maintain accurate documentation.
- Submission Requirements: Valid BLS and ACLS certifications, CNE profile, CNE skills checklist, work attestation, and three professional references.
