Job Description:
Mt. Edgecumbe Hospital in Sitka, Alaska, is seeking an experienced RN Inpatient Care Coordinator for a 13-week contract assignment. This opportunity is ideal for a registered nurse with a strong background in inpatient care coordination, case management, discharge planning, and utilization review.
The selected candidate will collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care, facilitate transitions of care, and support quality patient outcomes.

Facility: Mt. Edgecumbe Hospital
Location: Sitka, Alaska
Contract: 13 weeks
Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed
Shift: To be discussed during interview
Required Experience: Minimum 8 years
Required Certification: BLS/BCLS
Overtime: After 40 hours per week
