RN Case Manager / Utilization Review – Job Summary
Position: Case Manager / Utilization Review (CM/UR) Facility: OSF HealthCare Department: Case Management Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Hours: 40 hours/week Contract: 13 weeks (confirm duration) EMR:
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Active Illinois RN license, LSW license, or LCSW license.
- BLS (AHA).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of acute and post-acute levels of care and available resources.
