Registered Nurse – Rehab (Travel RN)
Location:551 Hill Country Dr Kerrville, TX 78028
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Schedule: Night shift, 3×12 hours (6:45 PM–7:00 AM)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Meditech charting experience required
- Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation
- Patient ratio: 1:6
- Skills in stroke care, orthopedic rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, TBI, wound care, IV therapy, and mobility/transfer techniques
Additional Details:
- 16-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit
- Adult and geriatric patients
- Float to Med/Surg required
- Every other weekend
