**Join Our Dynamic Radiology Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position Title:** Rapid Response RN - Interventional Radiology - **Shift:** 7 AM - 7:30 PM, 40 hours a week - **Duration:** 6 weeks - **Location:** Methodist Hospital, North Tower, SL2 **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 10 Bays - **Service Area:** Interventional Radiology (IR), CT, MRI, and Ultrasound - **Staffing:** Preferred staffing of 9 nurses per day - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 - **Type of Staff:** - Day Shift: 8 Nurses - Night Shift: Call rotated **Essential Qualifications:** - **Certifications Required:** - RN License - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - **Experience Required:** - Minimum of 2 years in IR, ER, or ICU **Ideal Candidate:** - Must have a self-motivated attitude with a strong priority on patient care - Preferred: Previous experience in Interventional Radiology **Typical Procedures:** - Moderate sedation for IR procedures - CT invasive procedures and MRI sedation **Floating Areas:** - CT, MRI, Ultrasound **Dress Code:** - Navy Scrubs **On-Call Requirements:** - Call may be required Monday – Friday from 6 PM – 6 AM and Saturday/Sunday from 6 AM – 6 AM.
