✅ Requirements
🩺 Current, active Illinois RN License
👩⚕️ Minimum 3 years of PCU / Progressive Care RN experience
❤️ Current CPR/BLS Certification
🩺 Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
📈 Ability to recognize, assess, and report changes in patient condition
📝 Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans
🤝 Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
💬 Strong communication, patient education, and conflict-resolution skills
📋 Ability to maintain complete and accurate medical records
