Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse in the hospital setting. This role involves providing quality patient care in a 4-day shift schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the possibility of floating to medical-surgical units. The position requires working during major holidays and every other weekend as needed, starting from November 9, 2026, through February 13, 2027.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); minimum of 2 years of experience; current active nursing license; ability to work days from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on a 12-hour shift; minimum of 36 hours per week; ability to float to medical-surgical units; willingness to work during major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years; location in a hospital setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic health record system; previous hospital experience on a Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role involves working any of the holidays listed and every other weekend if required. Candidates should be flexible and adaptable to meet operational needs.
