Description
As a Progressive Care Unit RN, you will provide specialized care for patients requiring close monitoring and support. This role involves managing a patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1, floating between Neuro and PCU as needed. You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in EKG interpretation and administer medications like Cardene and Cleviprex. It's essential to integrate seamlessly into the team, fostering a collaborative environment while delivering top-notch care.
