We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a night shift position in the Progressive Care Unit located in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves caring for patients in a 6-20 bed medical step-down unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. Typical patient cases include sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, TDM2, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. The position may require floating to other IMCU units, including 5J and 12A. This contract offers guaranteed 36 hours per week. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a progressive care or similar unit and possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.
