Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 34
- Number of Staff: 44
- Patient Ratios: 1:4
Typical Staff Composition:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 6 RNs, 2 CNAs
- Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 6 RNs, 2 CNAs
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIH Stroke Scale
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of non-titratable drips (amiodarone, Cardizem)
- Experience with tracheostomy care
Best Personality Fit:
- High performer who displays resiliency, accountability, and integrity.
Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue
Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
