Job Description
Our client, a leading healthcare facility, is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to start immediately in New Haven, CT.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to pediatric patients, including those with neurological conditions.
- Monitor and manage patient telemetry, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and manage IVs, including central and PICC lines.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in a Level I Trauma Center.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications required.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
