• 4X10 VARIABLE START TIMES

Start date: ASAP
Shift: 4x10 variable
• Weekends/holidays/on-call
• There is no specific rotation for weekend coverage, it depends on department needs.
• Call Requirements: 4 calls per 4-week schedule (includes night call)
First week: Will be 8-hour shifts
Types of Cases Preferred:
Service Lines: Ortho, Neuro, Craniofacial, ENT, Dermatology, Laser, Plastics, Endo, Dental, Urology, General (including videoscopy), cardiac, neuro, kidney and liver transplants.
• 16 suites
• 20,000 cases per year
Years of experience REQ: 2 years’ experience required with minimum 6 months Peds experience (especially general surgical)
First-timer travelers accepted: Yes, if strong RN
Weekend REQ: Yes, must be available to work weekends with full flexibility to be scheduled when needed (no specific weekend requirement)
National Certs REQ: BLS (AHA) and PALS (AHA)
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
Locals accepted: No
RTO Restrictions: 6 days RTO max
Guaranteed Hours: hours are guaranteed after the call off policy has been met
Special Requirements:

• Flu shot
