Job Details
- Position: RN - Medical/Surgical Pediatric Floor
- Location: Springfield, MA
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Certifications/Education/Experience: RN license, valid certification, and at least 2 years of pediatric clinical nursing experience
- Responsibilities: Managing a wide range of diagnoses including medical, surgical, oncology, trauma, orthopedic, and behavioral health conditions. The unit provides care for patients from neonatal to young adult, with an expected patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The inpatient pediatric unit is fast-paced and multidisciplinary, serving a diverse pediatric patient population with a broad spectrum of diagnoses and care needs. The assignment start date is 11/02/2026, with an expected end date of 01/30/2027.
