Description
As a PCU Float RN, you will provide essential care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit, managing a patient ratio of 4 to 6 depending on the mix. You will engage with adult and geriatric populations, adapting to the dynamic needs of the unit. Flexibility is key, as you will float to sister campuses as needed. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Embrace a collaborative culture where travelers are integrated as core staff.
