Shift: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
Certification: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current PACU experience
- BLS & ACLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Knowledge of PT/OT instructions for Joint patients
- Comfortable with bedside teaching
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Total joint procedures, Sports Med, Foot/Ankle, some Podiatry, hand and nerve cases
- General surgery (Hernias, Lap appy, Lap chole cases primarily), Breast cases with some plastic reconstruction (mastectomy with tissue expanders or direct to implant cases).
