Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Milwaukee, WI
Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in surgical care, with a strong emphasis on vascular procedures. This position requires working in a high-acuity setting, ideal for nurses with experience in operating room environments.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Level III Trauma Center, Level III NICU, Magnet Designation, Primary Stroke Center
- Location: Milwaukee, WI
- Shift Details: Variable start times for Day shift (between 5:30am-7am), 5x8 days, weekend rotation with call
- On Call: 30 min response time, 1-2 weekends, 12-hour shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Assignment Length: Not provided
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3150 (negotiable)
- Charting System: EPIC
Responsibilities
- Deliver perioperative nursing care in a high-volume surgical suite
- Maintain and monitor patient safety and care throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
Required:
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS Certification
- Must have vascular surgical experience
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience
