✅ Position Highlights
Assess patients’ physical, mental, and spiritual care needs
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Educate patients and their families about care and treatment
Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
Maintain accurate medical records and follow patient care standards
Participate in continuing education and promote a professional workplace
📋 Requirements
3+Year experinace of OR RN
Current Illinois RN License Required
Current CPR/BLS Certification Required
ACLS Required
Flexibility to work three 12-hour shifts with on-call coverage
Block scheduling requests cannot be guaranteed
