**Elevate Your Career as a Surgery RN!** Job Description: - **Join a Dynamic Surgical Team:** Take the lead in the Operating Room and make a significant impact on patient care. - **Minimum Qualifications:** - Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) - Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (can be obtained upon hire) - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s (BSN) or Master’s (MSN) in Nursing - Experience at a Joint Commission accredited facility with an official Operating Room Training Program - Orthopedic experience as an OR RN - Scrub and Circulating experience - Successful completion of Periop 101 - Familiarity with EPIC - **Housing Information:** - Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing - High costs anticipated, especially in winter months - Consider surrounding towns: Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs - Average cost for a 1BR apartment in Basalt is $3,500/month - **Important Note:** - No RTO accepted - Must be healthy enough to function safely in a low oxygen environment (8k elevation) - **Shift Details:** - 3 twelve-hour shifts - Rotating shifts - Holiday coverage required - **Experience Requirement:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience - **Certifications/Requirements:** - BLS/BCLS Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
