Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (start times may vary based on case load; early starts and late ends are rotated) | On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both sterile and non-sterile environments within the Operating Room throughout all perioperative phases
- Coordinate patient care, safety, and workflow across the entire perioperative period
- Perform circulator duties across a range of surgical specialties including General, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urological, OB/GYN, Podiatry, ENT, and Plastics
- Expected call commitment of 2 days per week (as first or backup call) and one weekend per month (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Utilize the PICIS electronic medical records system to document and manage patient information
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated surgical/OR experience
- Confident circulator abilities across multiple surgical service lines
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Scrub technician experience in the OR setting
- First assist experience
- Familiarity with PICIS EMR system
