Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room (OR). This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment while providing exceptional patient care. As a Travel RN, you will play a critical role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during their procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulating surgical cases and managing all nursing care within the operating room.
- Observing the surgical team from a broad perspective and assisting to create and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients during surgery.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Required: RN license, BLS, ACLS.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a Level 1 or 2 trauma center.
- Experience with da Vinci Robot, neuro-spine, and cranial procedures is required.
- Preferred: Pediatric OR experience and ortho trauma experience.
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR is a plus, but not mandatory.
This position requires on-call availability for 1-2 shifts a week from 17:00-23:00. Scrub colors will be provided by the hospital.
