Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room
Unit Information
The Operating Room is equipped with 22 operating rooms and is staffed by a dedicated team of approximately 80 professionals. The unit maintains a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:1, ensuring optimal care and attention for each patient.
Work Schedule
- Shift: Day Shift
- Days: Saturday to Monday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in providing high-quality patient care within the operating room.
- Work collaboratively with surgical teams across various specialties.
- Be available for weekend shifts as required.
Qualifications
- Required Skills:
- Certifications for Certified Surgical Technicians (CSTs) are mandatory.
- Experience in Neuro and Spine procedures is essential.
- For those on the Cardiac Service Line: Must possess Cardiac experience.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multiple service lines such as Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Robotic surgeries.

- Cholecystectomies (Chole’s)
- Spinal fusions
- Total Joint Surgeries
- Craniectomies (Crani’s)
- Mastectomies
- DIEP Flaps

Dress Code
Scrubs will be provided. Closed-toe, heeled shoes that are non-slip are mandatory attire.
