Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | On-call required (up to 4 call shifts every 4 weeks) | Up to one weekend shift every 4 weeks | Holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate surgical procedures across a broad range of specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care within a fast-paced, nurse-driven OR environment
• Participate in on-call coverage as required by unit needs
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including like units or sister facilities
• Utilize EPIC for all clinical documentation and charting
• Be prepared to participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June–November)

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start date)
• BLS certification required
• Radiation Badge required (provided by agency)
• Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience strongly preferred; first-time travelers considered
• Experience at or familiarity with a Level I Trauma Center setting required
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; locals considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a Magnet-designated or academic teaching facility
• Familiarity with a high-volume, multi-suite OR environment
