Job Summary
Operating Room position requiring current operating room experience and circulating expertise. The role supports orthopedic, ophthalmology, podiatry, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery, and endoscopy procedures in a surgical services setting. The assignment is scheduled to begin 12/14/2026 and requires holiday availability for Christmas and New Years call coverage.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week; on-call coverage includes one weekend per month and 34 nights per week.
- Required Qualifications: Two years of current Operating Room experience; circulating experience; total joint experience; active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications; current New Hampshire licensure; proficiency with orthopedic, general, endoscopy, sports medicine, gynecologic, and cesarean section procedures; willingness to work or take call during the Christmas and New Years holidays.
- Preferred Qualifications: Scrub experience and previous travel experience.
- Additional Information: The surgical services unit includes two operating rooms and one endoscopy suite, with approximately 4050 cases per week. Daily case volume varies by service line, with approximately 14 operating room cases or 512 endoscopy cases per day.
