Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Nights Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care within the operating suite. The role requires expertise in a variety of surgical specialties and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the operating room specialty; required certifications include AHA Basic Life Support (BLS); preferred certification is Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates having expertise in all surgical cases, including robotics, neuro, orthopedic, plastics, and gynecology.
- Additional Information: Must be available to work two major holidays out of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, as well as one minor holiday such as the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
