Medical Surgical Chemotherapy Certified Oncology RN in the organizations Infusion Clinic. This role involves providing advanced nursing care to patients receiving chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments in a dedicated cancer care setting. The RN will work on the 2nd-floor trauma level unit, supporting patient needs with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Surgical Chemotherapy Certified Oncology
- Specialty: Medical Surgical Chemotherapy Certified Oncology (MS ONS)
- Location: Infusion Clinic, 2nd Floor, organizations healthcare facility
- Shift: Days, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
- Schedule: The schedule includes a rotating schedule, with weekend shifts only for scheduled antibiotic patients, on a rotating basis
- Required Certifications: Chemo/Bio Certification, 3+ years of experience in oncology nursing
- Education: Basic Nursing Education (degree requirements not specified)
- Clinical Experience: Experience with chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments
- Equipment: ONCO and Epic electronic health record systems
- Patient Population: Cancer patients, including geriatric and adult demographic groups
