Job Requirements
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Weekend Requirement: Yes
- Floating: Required based on facility needs; MS/Tele Float RNs may float to any MS/Tele unit.
- Local Candidates: Accepted
- Pending License: Not Accepted
Job Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification required.
- EPIC experience required.
- Must be comfortable floating between Medical-Surgical (MS) and Telemetry units.
- Acute care experience preferred.
- BSN preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards.
- Assess patients, identify care needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and evaluate responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and coordinate patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery.
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC.
- Ensure patient safety and quality nursing care.
