- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,000 - $2,100
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of acute inpatient telemetry RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale certification or equivalent NIH certification
- Prior Epic experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in an inpatient acute care setting
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments based on condition and policy
- Develop, prioritize, implement, and revise individualized plans of care
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and document outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
- Provide education to patients and families throughout the hospital stay and at discharge
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to support safe, high-quality care
- Delegate appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff while promoting teamwork and quality outcomes
- Support unit improvement efforts, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based practice
- Serve as a mentor and resource to peers while helping maintain a positive care environment
