Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certification and experience to excel in a fast-paced cardiac unit.
Required Skills and Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of cardiac nursing experience required
- Experience in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, or Step-down units preferred
- First-time travelers accepted with 2 years of cardiac experience
Job Details
- Shift: 3x12, 1845-0715 (36 hours per week)
- Longer contracts available through 2/27/2027
- Float to other units as needed
- Weekend coverage: 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
- Call is not required
- Patient-to-nurse ratio: 1:6
- Maximum of 7 days of requests for time off (RTO)
- Must be willing to work during holidays
