RN – Telemetry Unit | Job Details
Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Day shift)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Unit: 22-bed Telemetry Unit
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the medical team.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary specialists.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Develop and manage discharge plans to support safe transitions from hospital to home.
Required Documents / Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license required before starting.
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire (AHA or American Red Cross accepted).
- Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited school/college, or qualifying professional licensure at hire.
Preferred Certifications
- ACLS – AHA or American Red Cross.
- PALS – AHA or American Red Cross.
