OSF Facility Policies & Candidate Submission Requirements
Facility Policies
- Local Rate: Clinicians whose permanent address is within 50 miles are subject to a $25 reduction in regular and overtime bill rates.
- Call-Off Policy: An allowance equivalent to 12 hours per 13-week assignment. There is no penalty, and the facility is not required to pay for the canceled shift.
- Orientation: 12 hours of non-billable orientation. Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
- Drug-Free Campus: Candidates must understand OSF's drug-free campus policy and provide a negative drug screen for all required panels.
Candidate Submission Requirements
Please include the following information when submitting a candidate:
- Last four digits of the clinician's SSN.
- Clinician's middle initial.
- Requested time off (RTO).
- Active Michigan (MI) license or confirmation that the license application process has been initiated.
- Confirmation that the candidate understands the drug-free campus policy and negative drug-screen requirement.
