Registered Nurse / Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: 3x12 Nights 1830-0700 Patient Ratio Experience: 1:30 Years of experience REQ: 1 Year Experience Required. Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, LTAC, Trauma Level 1 and 2 Experience preferred. Long-term care experience and EPIC knowledge preferred, but not required.
