RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Tyler, Texas.

Travel RN Rehab | Tyler, TX | $1,914.00/week
Location: Tyler, Texas 75701
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Contract Length: 10 weeks
Shift: Nights, 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Position Highlights
- 1 RN opening in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF).
- 2 years of RN experience required.
- Previous travel nursing experience required.
- Epic charting experience required.
- Patient ratio: 1:7.
- Every other weekend required (4 weekend shifts per contract).
- Floating requires LTAC or other hospital units to care for Med-Surg patients.
- 12 hours of orientation listed in unit details.
Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
Clinical Skills & Experience
- IV therapy, phlebotomy, and peripheral line management.
- Central lines, PICC lines, ports, and blood product administration.
- Feeding tube care and management.
- Neurological rehabilitation, including CVA/stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury.
- Post-neurosurgery and orthopedic patient care.
- Insulin administration and medication management.
- Wound care and wound vac management preferred.
- Tracheostomy care and respiratory support preferred.
- Med-Surg and MS/Telemetry experience preferred.
- Post-cardiac surgery, surgical drains, and pre/post-hemodialysis management.
